September is Falls Prevention Awareness Month, and we have a few tips for you. More than one in four people age 65 years or older fall each year. Here are six tips to help prevent falls.

1. Talk to your health care provider about medication side effects.
2. Make your home safer by using night lights, installing grab bars in the bathroom, and securing carpet to the floors.
3. Stand up slow to avoid dizziness.
4. Do strength and balance exercises.
5. Get your vision and hearing checked regularly.
6. Use a cane or walker if you need more stability.

📣 Join us in wishing a very happy birthday to Tara Lynn Eldridge! 🥳 She has been with the Care Solutions team for only six months but has truly made her mark. Tara is fun-loving and has been ready to work! 🤩

Tara supports our Billing Team, and our entire company for that matter. In the short time with us, she has made great strides – in helping our company automate deliveries, importantly, build our newer DME (durable medical equipment) billing and claims management system, and staying on top of time-consuming denials. She’s Superb! 💥
