Happy Friday Morning! Just wanted to announce that soon I will be adding a new service! Kinesiology Taping has always been a recommendation of mine for many, but now I am glad to offer it as an add on after your massage! Starting in October you can pay just $5 for a target area to be taped. This helps reduce inflammation, support posture, increase blood flow, and muscle soreness, great for athletes!

*Sumner County Fall Break I will be in the office Oct 6th and 7th but closed the remainder of the week
*Starting the following week after Fall Break I will be changing days and hours slightly. I will be working 1/2 days Tuesdays and Wednesdays! I am excited to open up Wednesdays to my clients for better flexibility.
