UNC Health Pardee Improving the health of our Western NC communities since 1953 UNC Health Pardee is a not-for-profit healthcare system managed by UNC Health.

Pardee Hospital, founded in 1953, is licensed for 222 acute care beds. Pardee has several locations separate from the main hospital, including a comprehensive primary care and specialist physician network, cancer center, four urgent care locations, and six orthopedic clinics.

We are thrilled to announce our Healthgrades Outstanding Patient Experience award for the 3rd year in a row, placing UNC Health Pardee in the top 5% of hospitals in the U.S. for patient experience!

Healthgrades evaluated patient survey data from nearly 4,000 hospitals across 10 patient experience measures of hospital care, including staff communication, medication explanations, and cleanliness.

Pardee Physical Therapy, A Department of Pardee Hospital (Oncology Rehab) is now open at Pardee Cancer Center in Hendersonville.

The clinic provides specialized physical and occupational therapy care for upper and lower extremity lymphedema, upper extremity mobility impairments, cancer-related fatigue, deconditioning, and balance deficits.

Our team of certified lymphedema therapists can work with your providers to understand your specific condition and tailor a treatment to help reduce swelling and discomfort and get you back to a healthy and active life.
