Yesterday we held staff meetings where we honored three randomly selected employees out of many of our employees who do this rewarding job every day with grace, laughter, and compassion.

Deb Avery was recognized for coming in on her off hours to sit at the bedside of one of residents.

Michelle Moats was recognized for compassion, empathy, and integrity displayed at end of life.

Georgia Molstad was recognized as the job got difficult she did not flee she leaned in and provided compassionate care.

These are only three examples of many. Dee and Donna are very proud of our entire team.

A great time was had by all! Thank you to all who attended! A big thank you to B&D foods for catering their amazing ribs!!! The Cline Connection provided entertainment that entertained and provided joy for the residents. Thank you to all who attended and to our front line staff who worked extra and enjoyed their evening with the residents and their families.
