Located on Midview Road at New Market Road, on over 5 acres of land, this newest Tuckaway center is designed specifically for each age group that will attend. The building is separated into 3 areas: an Infant and Toddler area with large windows to peek in to see what they're up to, a Pre-School area with classrooms surrounding an atrium with space for indoor play, and a school age area with large classrooms and an indoor basketball goal.

Our Story

Tuckaway-Varina has over 5 acres of space for children to explore. The building has 2 sections; one for preschool, one for after school, and 2 separate playgrounds. The hard surface area and cover allow outside activity if the ground is wet, and we also have 2 pools for swimming!

Inside, the preschool area features a large common area for children to play if they can't go outdoors. The school age side also has a large common area with a basketball court, and a computer station.

Tuckaway-Varina always provides family-style dining with warm, home-cooked meals prepared in its very own kitchen. All of Tuckaway's menus are prepared according to USDA guidelines.
