Even as a pracitioner you benefit from the wisdom of others....true pracitioners don't lead you with "you should have come to see me" "I have a method you can benefit from....schedule an appointment.". Sometimes we are too embedded to discern clearly the best modality for ourselves.
As healers we often offer wisdom, healing and remedies to others in our circles....
Today, as I explained to my practioner at Lotus Professional College the emotional challenges I was experiencing, another pracitioner suggested Flower Essences.
OMG!
I have those and had studied them years ago. I had completely forgotten about using them. Thank you! For the word fitly spoken. I came home and muscle tested asking for the best flower essence for me today. Thank you Peatross.
My body immediately responded strongest to Star of Bethlehem. I made my tincture and started it. "
It made complete sense. I have been using Rescue Remedy but needed extra attention to Star of Bethlehem.
Star of Bethlehem (Ornithogalum umbellatum) flower essence is a Bach flower remedy designed to address, neutralize, and soothe the effects of shock, trauma, and grief, whether recent or long-past. It aims to comfort, calm, and restore emotional balance, often acting as a "shock absorber" for the soul after distressing life-altering events.
