Meet Intern Coach: Sarah Jones!

Coach Sarah is a Senior at VCU! You can find her at the gym on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays!

Learn more about Coach Sarah:
1. My favorite hobby is going on long walks with my dog
2. I look up to my mom
3. My siblings influence me by teaching me to be a positive mentor and role model to those around me.
4. My pets are my life because they keep me on a healthy schedule and allow me to show up the best me everyday.
5. I am the way I am because family has always been a big part of my life. They taught me kindness, empathy, and humility.
6. My dream job is to be a physical therapist
7. My hidden talent is my thumb is double jointed
8. My guilty pleasure is binge watching reality TV
9. Some of my bucket list items are to travel to all the national parks, travel abroad more, learn sign language, and run a marathon
10. I volunteer because I feel giving back to the community in any way I can is extremely important. By volunteering, I am not only spreading the knowledge I have gained, but I am able to further better myself by learning through others.
