The jaw doesn’t work alone.
Your jaw, neck, and posture are all closely connected and constantly influencing each other. When posture shifts forward, the muscles in the neck and jaw have to work harder to stabilize everything, and that extra workload often shows up as jaw tension, headaches, neck pain, and TMJ symptoms.
This is why treating the jaw without looking at the neck and posture often doesn’t fully solve the problem.
The body always works as a system, not in isolated parts.
