It’s not every weekend we get to learn side by side 💛 This was the first time Cathy and Dr. Lisa attended a class together — and the first of many!

We spent the weekend with the wonderful diving into infant craniosacral therapy, movement, reflex integration, and foundational CST work. Our hearts are full after meeting so many amazing professionals and reconnecting with dear friends who share our passion for helping babies thrive. 🌿✨

Let’s just say … Dr. Lisa isn’t exactly known for her height advantage 😅 So it’s no surprise one of the most common questions we hear is: “Can she really adjust someone as big as my husband/friend/etc.?”
The answer is almost always yes!

That said, even Dr. Lisa has her limits! Willow spotted an Argentinosaurus bone bigger than our adjusting table 😂 now that would definitely be too big to adjust!

Anthem LemonAid is all about coming together; families, businesses, schools, and individuals bringing hope to kids fighting cancer!

✨ We’re excited to share that we’ll be hosting our Anthem LemonAid stand right here next Friday, July 18th! ✨🍋 don’t forget to stop by and cool off with a cold glass of lemonade!

This special event helps raise money and awareness for childhood cancer, and this year marks the 25th anniversary of this beloved summertime tradition!
💛 100% of proceeds will directly support the hematology and oncology services at Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU helping unstoppable kids like this years ambassador, Ava.

We're excited to announce Jesse Peters from is joining us again for our second feeding therapy pop-up!

Common issues a feeding therapy session with Jesse can help with:
• Tongue-tie: assessment, treatment, and oral motor therapy
• Bottle refusal or feeding aversion
• Reflux symptoms
• Messy feeding, clicking, or gulping at the breast or bottle
• Difficulty transitioning from breast/bottle to solids
• Picky eating in toddlers (ages 6–24 months)

We love teachers and their amazing support crew! This was so much fun and a great way to show our thanks to all these dedicated folks who care for so many kiddos all year long. I’m especially grateful to this group LeafSpring School at Wyndham since they take care of my (not so little) babies! Thanks for all you do!

Happy teacher, nurse and staff appreciation week! We are so lucky to have such an amazing team here at Wyndham! It’s our favorite week of the year and we enjoy showering our staff with love and appreciation. A huge shoutout to for donating massages and gifts for our team.
