Reiki has many healing and restorative benefits. It is a practice using universal energy and other natural tools to align the body. Reiki can be used on anyone, anywhere, at any time. I even have clients that prefer distance (virtual) reiki over in-person sessions. Reiki can be performed on anyone of any age or health status. It is commonly used to relieve pain or stress, to relax the body, in preparation of surgeries, post surgery care, during the prenatal or postpartum period, and for any other reason you can think of.
