Hello & Happy Autumn!

We are posting to inform you of recent & current updates we have done in the building as well as mention the openings in our locked Memory Care Unit, (MSU as we call it). Each hallway has been updated; we are in the middle of the third hall with one last one to do. Our dining area and MSU were also updated in the last year as well, including new dining chairs that are very comfortable for those using walkers.

We still have our facility owned therapy department who are here daily, as well as our fun Activity Department who not only sets a calendar for daily activities for the general population, they have a special calendar for dementia-based activities for the MSU, too. And the best news, we earned our 5th star this year from The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, we are now a 5-star facility!

We would be grateful if you shared this information to anyone looking into admitting to a skilled nursing facility. We urge anyone looking to come for a tour during normal business hours & days, no appointment needed. We do accept Medicaid & Medicaid pending residents, any long-term care insurance residents, and private pay. Our therapy department works with many insurances & Medicare, again, any questions feel free to reach out to us by phone (309)364-3905 or stop by!
