✨ Lisa’s Transformation Story ✨

In 2020, at 260 pounds, Lisa made the life-changing decision to undergo gastric sleeve surgery. While she initially lost a significant amount of weight, some of it returned over time. In March of this year, weighing 209 pounds, she came to see us and began medical weight-loss injections—losing down to an incredible 137 pounds by November 2025.

While Lisa was thrilled with her weight-loss success, the dramatic change led to facial volume loss and more noticeable wrinkles, making her feel that her face no longer reflected how vibrant she felt inside. In November, she received Botox and loved the softening of her facial lines—especially across her forehead—but still noticed a hollowed appearance in her cheeks from the loss of facial volume.
