This Mother-Daughter team have been instrumental in helping the Folts Therapy Team provide compassionate care. Karen Jones PT, long time professor in the PTA program at HCCC, colleague and friend assists in working per diem in the Outpatient Program as the department continues to grow. Alyssa just recently graduated from the PTA program and is working per diem treating Foltsbrook inpatient residents. We are fortunate to have you both as part of our therapy family. Thank you for your hard work and dedication!

Our outpatient therapy services are expanding. We are happy to introduce Mariah Yoworski MS, OTR/L who is a NYS licensed Occupational Therapist and holds a Masters is Occupational Therapy from Utica College. She has worked with the geriatric population in the outpatient, hospital, short-term rehab, and skilled nursing facility settings. Most recently she was the inpatient rehabilitation coordinator at a short-term rehabilitation/SNF facility that strived to provide top quality rehab services. She enjoys working with patients by helping to restore their overall function during self cares and daily tasks, while also advocating for improved quality of living. We look forward to helping you reach your goals
