Had some time this morning so I went a little further on my outdoor workout this morning. Take a look at the first 3 miles compared to the last 2. These are where I decided to take the opportunity to push myself. Yes I’m sure it looked ugly, yes I had 80 year olds passing me. Remember I wasn’t pushing them, I was pushing myself. I went further and harder than I did yesterday, and that’s the win! Now back to the tundra of NY. NO EXCUSES!! Get at it!!
