Traction/inversion create a non-specific force pulled at once. This causes your muscles to respond and tighten, never allowing the spinal to go into the therapeutic negative pressure. This could also be dangerous and cause most damage to an already damaged disk.

Beginning Tomorrow we will start our yearly Thanksgiving food drive for Catholic Charities. Last year we were able to donate almost 1,000 canned goods. I know that through our community we can hit that 1,000 goal this year.
