But it’s also okay to be exactly where you are right now.

There is wisdom in the chaos.
Lessons in the mess.
Growth in the busy.
Healing in the stillness.

You don’t have to rush past your current season to prove you’re evolving. Understanding where you are is part of the journey. Reflection matters. Awareness matters. Presence matters.

You can’t truly grow if you skip over the lessons this moment is trying to teach you.

So pause long enough to listen.
To notice.
To breathe.
To simply be.

1️⃣ Revolved High Lunge (Parivrtta Anjaneyasana Variation)
Builds balance, strength, and concentration while activating the core and legs. The twisting action improves spinal mobility and opens the chest and shoulders.

2️⃣ Chair Pose (Utkatasana)
A powerful grounding posture that strengthens the thighs, glutes, ankles, and core while building endurance and concentration.

3️⃣ Modified Side Angle / Twisting Low Lunge
Opens the hips, chest, and shoulders while improving spinal rotation and lower-body mobility. A great pose for both strength and flexibility.

4️⃣ Lizard Lunge (Utthan Pristhasana Variation)
Deeply stretches the hips, hamstrings, and groin while building mobility and releasing tension stored in the lower body.
