Our average Direct Care Staff earns $38,000 per annum ($28,000 plus $10,000 in optional overtime). Additionally, employees receive an annual benefit plan worth, on average, $10,000 a year. This includes: PTO, medical, dental, life, 401(K) retirement and flexible health spending accounts.

• Overtime is regularly available in our group homes at 1.5x usual pay. Any qualified employee can request extra hours, regardless of seniority.
• Hours available Monday-Sunday and overnight
• Earn 1.5x usual pay for working on a holiday
