As I poor intention, presence and energy into others lately. I’ve noticed a heaviness that feels like trapped emotions and anxiety. As we start the new year there can be a lot of pressure from external influences that can deplete us and keep us from feeling grounded and connected. Whether it’s reaching for that next goal/achievement, changing habits, releasing old energies, comparing others, focusing on things that don’t make you authentic in your heart. A lot is going on in everyone’s energy fields and we all need to do what helps us feel grounded and connected. Release the build up that weighs us down. Fatigue is extra common in the winter. I feel it too. Take time for you.

I want to meet you where you are at and let you know I care, I hear you, I see you. Let me give you time to just find safety and comfort. To rejuvenate what’s tired and shift the patterns of stress and imbalance in your body/fascia to a more manageable and relaxed state. Where you can move more freely, feel lighter, your nervous system feels calm and resilient. If you’re into your energy and spirit being uplifted that can happen too.
