We are thrilled to welcome Rachel Frost, PMHNP, to our Firefly Mental Health team beginning December 9th, 2025!

A Duluth, Minnesota native, Rachel is a compassionate, patient-centered Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to supporting individuals and families through every stage of their mental health journey.

Rachel brings extensive experience in mental health care, offering:
🧠 Psychiatric evaluation, assessment, and treatment.💊 Medication management
🧩 Brief, evidence-based interventional therapy
👧👦 Care for children, teens, and adults ages 7+

She is skilled in diagnosing and treating a broad range of concerns, including:
Depression
Anxiety
ADHD
Bipolar disorder
Eating disorders
Psychosis
Mood and behavioral disorders
Substance use disorders including MAT (medication assisted treatment)

Rachel also has training in the treatment of eating disorders, and her approach emphasizes collaboration, empathy, and holistic care. Her goal is to provide a safe, welcoming environment where every patient feels supported, respected, and truly heard.
