The first trimester can bring a mix of physical and emotional changes and sometimes it’s hard to know what’s normal.

✨ Symptoms like nausea, breast tenderness, mood changes, fatigue, cramping, or light spotting are common as your body adjusts to big hormonal shifts and supports early pregnancy.

🤍 While many of these symptoms are typical, your experience is unique. Trust your instincts, listen to your body, and remember, it’s always okay to ask questions or seek reassurance.
