Communication in relationships is hard — and it's even harder when you're not sure your voice is being heard. 💙

So many people come to individual support not because their relationship is falling apart, but because they can't seem to say what they need to say in a way that lands. They know what they feel. They just can't find the words, or when they do, something goes wrong in the translation.
