It’s time to get back to our healthy routines. Please join us for Silversneakers classic (cardio & strength) tomorrow 7:30-8:15 or 9:30-10:15. Participants are always encouraged to work at their own pace and comfort level. Classes held in the building behind the Hickory County Health Department.
