Do you sit all day long for work? Here are 🌟FOUR🌟 moves to make sure your hips can move better the rest of the day!
1️⃣ Standing Hip Flexor Stretch - standing in a lunge position, you should feel this stretch in the front hip/ groin of your back leg
2️⃣ Seated Piriformis Stretch - keep your torso tall as you lean forward over your bent leg to feel the stretch in your gluteal area
3️⃣ Seated Hamstring Stretch - keep your legs straight (or as straight as you can😉), toes to the sky, and torso tall!
4️⃣ Hip 90-90s - maintain a tall & strong torso to allow for the most mobility in your hips.

Ever feel that 3 pm slouch hit you hard some days?? 🙇🏻😴 Here are 4 easy moves to do at your desk to help pull you out of it!
1️⃣ Seated twists - slow & controlled to get a good twist in your torso — hold onto the arm rests for extra stretch in your shoulders!
2️⃣ Seated cat / camel stretch - anchor your hands on your knees to maintain control as you stretch
3️⃣ Seated piriformis stretch (a crowd favorite!) - cross your leg into a figure 4, keep a tall torso and gently lean forward into the stretch
4️⃣ Seated knee to chest marches & leg kicks - an easy way to get blood pumping to your lower limbs

A FriYAY post for our very own, Jorgia!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
As many of you may know, she’s been working hard on coursework needed to obtain her licensure to be a certified Chiropractic X-ray Technician. And as no surprise to anyone, she PASSED her exam with flying colors & is now working on hours needed to complete her licensure tasks.
As if we weren’t already so proud of her for this, she was also awarded as the TNChiroFoundation’s Scholarship winner for 2025. 🥳🥳
So next time you’re in the office, give her a big big congrats! We are so thankful to have her on our team & for the dedication to our patients that she shows daily.

Here’s what your body relies on when you hit the trail:
🦶🏼Ankles & Feet: stabilize on uneven terrain & absorb impact with each step
🦵🏼Knees: need strong quadriceps & hamstrings to support climbs & descents
🦴Hips & glutes: power your stride & keep your pelvis aligned
