Do you sit all day long for work? Here are 🌟FOUR🌟 moves to make sure your hips can move better the rest of the day!
1️⃣ Standing Hip Flexor Stretch - standing in a lunge position, you should feel this stretch in the front hip/ groin of your back leg
2️⃣ Seated Piriformis Stretch - keep your torso tall as you lean forward over your bent leg to feel the stretch in your gluteal area
3️⃣ Seated Hamstring Stretch - keep your legs straight (or as straight as you can😉), toes to the sky, and torso tall!
4️⃣ Hip 90-90s - maintain a tall & strong torso to allow for the most mobility in your hips.
