Welcome to Children's Medical Group, a leader in pediatric care in Hermitage, Tennessee. Fairbank, and Kathryn Pentico are board certified pediatricians dedicated to providing convenient, personalized and comprehensive health care to children. Our practice specializes in chronic, acute and preventative medical care for young people. We offer well-child check-ups, physicals, immunizations, and treatment for ear infections, asthma, the flu and many other conditions. In observance of the Holidays our office will be having limited hours on Wednesday December 24th and Friday December 26th for sick scheduled appointments only from 8:30 am to 11:30 am and we will be closed on Thursday December 25th all day. We will also have limited hours on Wednesday December 31st and Friday January 2nd for sick scheduled appointments only from 8:30 am to 11:30 am and will be closed on Wednesday January 1st 2026 all day. Our Story

Welcome to Children’s Medical Group! We are a Patient Centered Medical Home. The Patient Centered Medical Home is a care delivery model whereby your treatment is coordinated through your primary care physician here at our office to ensure the necessary care when and where you need it, in a manner you can understand.

In order to deliver the best possible care, we expect you to provide us with your medical history, as well as any care you receive outside of our practice, including current medications, recent test results, visits to other doctors, health care providers, behavioral health services, hospitalizations and emergency department visits.

Our role as your pediatrician is to supervise your child's health through well child checkups and school physicals, and care for his/her medical problems both acute and chronic. We provide consultation for health related issues such as school and behavior problems, bed-wetting and weight problems. A doctor's office is frequently frightening to a child. Therefore, we place a strong emphasis on building a trusting relationship with the children and making our office a relaxing and fun place for them. In addition, we believe a personal relationship with a pediatrician as a partner in health care is important for the continued health and well-being of your child.
