Families, with rising Kindergarten students, Metro Schools is providing your student's school supplies this year. đź–Ť

Through a partnership with PENCIL, students will receive their Kinderbox full of essential supplies on the first day of school, August 5.

Update Regarding Fees for Outside Paperwork Requests

Dear Parents ,

We hope this message finds you well. At Children's Medical Group, our goal is always to provide the highest quality care and service to your family.

As part of our ongoing efforts to manage administrative demands and ensure our team can continue to provide timely support, we are implementing a small processing fee for any paperwork requests not associated with a recent office visit. This includes, but is not limited to, forms such as FMLA, disability paperwork, and other documentation that requires physician review and completion outside of a scheduled appointment.

Effective 6/1/2025, a $15.00 fee will be required for these forms.

We understand that these documents are often important, and we are committed to completing them in a timely and accurate manner. However, due to the time and attention these requests require from our clinical staff, this fee helps support the resources needed to fulfill them properly.

Our Story

Welcome to Children’s Medical Group! We are a Patient Centered Medical Home. The Patient Centered Medical Home is a care delivery model whereby your treatment is coordinated through your primary care physician here at our office to ensure the necessary care when and where you need it, in a manner you can understand.

In order to deliver the best possible care, we expect you to provide us with your medical history, as well as any care you receive outside of our practice, including current medications, recent test results, visits to other doctors, health care providers, behavioral health services, hospitalizations and emergency department visits.

Our role as your pediatrician is to supervise your child's health through well child checkups and school physicals, and care for his/her medical problems both acute and chronic. We provide consultation for health related issues such as school and behavior problems, bed-wetting and weight problems. A doctor's office is frequently frightening to a child. Therefore, we place a strong emphasis on building a trusting relationship with the children and making our office a relaxing and fun place for them. In addition, we believe a personal relationship with a pediatrician as a partner in health care is important for the continued health and well-being of your child.
