MEET OUR TEAM — Jessica Burnett, our funeral director intern, was born and raised in Greenville, PA. In 2017, she graduated from Slippery Rock University with a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications. Following graduation, she lived in Northern Kentucky and was an event planner for 3 years. She moved back home closer to family in 2020.

She became a part of the John Flynn Funeral Home team in April, 2023, assisting Brian and Ted in planning compassionate, meaningful services while overseeing the daily operations in the office. She also often the first point of contact for families. Jessica recently graduated from Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science. She will be a resident intern at John Flynn Funeral Home until her license is obtained. She is eager to continue learning and serving her community.

She has an 10 year-old English Springer Spaniel, Chip, who has been by her side since 2015. She spends her free time enjoying the outdoors, going to the gym and spending time with her family and friends. She takes pride in being an aunt to her many nieces and nephews.

We are lucky to have Jessica on our team ❤️
