Exciting new job opportunities with immediate openings! Start working now before the holiday season arrives.

In-home caregivers provide elderly clients with hands-on personal care assistance, meal preparation, medication reminder, laundry, and light housekeeping, respite care, and safety supervision services. Must be comfortable assisting clients with bathing and dressing needs as well as bathroom assistance as needed.

Previous experience is great, but training is available. Applicants should be 18 or older have a valid drivers license and transportation. A background record check, drivers record, check TB and drug screen will be completed.

* Afternoons in Farrell 2-8pm Monday - Friday. 3-9 on weekends. Part or full time.
* Saturday overnight in Sharpsville 8p-8a.
* Day turn flexible schedule. Can be part or full time visiting home to home locally with clients in Shenango Valley. Create a schedule that works for you!

A huge thanks to our office team for all their hard work and attention to details. We passed another Department of Health audit with zero deficiencies! While we do not provide medical care, having a Department of Health license holds us to the highest standard of expectations and regulations in the home care industry in the state of Pennsylvania. * Overnight position available in Sharpsville PA. Shift is 8 PM to 8 AM on Saturdays overnight. This is a position that requires a caregiver to remain awake overnight, providing supervision and safety assistance to a client who is living with Alzheimer’s.

* Afternoons in Farrell PA. Example of hours would be 3 to 9 or 4 to 10 PM. Some flexibility within those time frames. Seven days a week is available and can be divided between Caregivers. Position requires a caregiver to provide all activity of daily living assistance to a client who is living with Alzheimer’s.

Our August Caregiver covered an astounding 78 hours during the month of August for co-workers who were off. I had to add that up multiple times to make sure it was correct, and it was. We can't argue with numbers, so Congratulation and a HUGE THANK YOU to Ms. Teia Crosby. Teia took a part time position here on top of her outside full-time job and still picked up 78 hours and made it to all the afterschool activities. I wish she would share her secret to the working mom juggle struggle. I need help!! Thank you, Teia, we and your client are so lucky and thankful for you! You won't see her in the laundry room to give her a fist bump, but if you do see her out, get her a coffee, she probaly needs it !

Did you know: we were the first home care company in Mercer County. Started in 1994 by Robert and Mari Lynn Devine (my parents). 31 years later we are one of the only agnecies that is still a local, family owned and operated, non-franchise home care companies in the area. We have been consistently owned and hands on daily managed by the same family for 31 years. The Devines both graduated from Farrell high school. That means our clients have always been our neighbors, our past teachers, our friends’ parents and grandparents. Our dedicated caregivers are local and care for our clients like family, and many of them literally are like family in a small town!

Congratulations to Teia, our June Caregivers of the month. Teia is an amazing caregiver for her client who is living with Alzheimer’s. Having a consistent familiar face is so important to clients with memory struggles. Teia takes this very seriously and stepped in to pick up shifts multiple with her client during June so they always have a familiar face and feel safe. We are very lucky Teia chooses to be a part of our caregiver team. Thank you Teia!!

We have provided quality care for Mercy County's residents since 1994. We offer round the clock care for persons with all medical conditions from the skilled service level to the "custodial level" which assists with activities of daily living such as personal care and homemaker services. Just a few of our regularly serviced medical conditions are: • Alzheimer's • COPD • Diabetes • Heart Disease • Parkinson's • Post-op care • Stroke • Wound Care

Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-2:30pm and we offer a 24 hour emergency line for questions/concerns after operation hours.
