You all seemed to love our sneak peek into the OR, but what you didn’t get to see are the many people that make what we do possible. They’re called the backbone of the OR for a reason. Surgical nurses are the steady hands, sharp minds, and calm presence that keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. They anticipate needs before they’re said out loud, step in without hesitation, and keep spirits high even during the longest days. Their attention to detail, teamwork, and dedication make every procedure safer and every outcome better. We’re endlessly grateful for the teams who show up every day ready to support, problem-solve, and care patients.
