SUMMARY:
Our caregivers are responsible for providing professional, compassionate and quality care for the elderly & disabled in the clients' homes.


HOURS:
Morning, Afternoon, Evening and Weekend shifts available.

** Pay: $12/hr

JOB DUTIES include, but aren't limited to:
Meal preparation
Light cleaning (sweeping, laundry, washing dishes)
Assistance with ADL/Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing grooming, personal hygiene, toileting, feeding and ambulation)

IN ORDER TO QUALIFY YOU MUST:
1. Have a Valid License and SS Card
2. Pass a criminal background check
3. Not be listed on the Tennessee Abuse Registry or Felony Offender List

Blossom Health Services provides Home Care to Elderly individuals who want to stay in their homes instead of a nursing home. If you have an elderly family member or friend,and you have to go to work and you need someone to take care of them in your absence, we are here to help you. If they qualify for assistance, Medicaid will pay for their care while you work.

We are credentialed by all 3 MCO's operating in Tennessee. We also provide care to self paying members. So if you have an elderly family member call us and we will work with you to provide the assistance you need.
