What you’ll do:
•Assist individuals in working toward their personalized goals as outlined in their Individual Support Plan
•Provide support with daily activities
•Promote independence and well-being
•Be a positive, reliable presence in their lives

What we’re looking for:
•Must be 18+

•Be willing to complete a background check

With cold temperatures expected here in Mercer County, it’s important to know how to avoid, spot, and treat frostbite and hypothermia.

✔️ Limit time outdoors when possible
✔️ Dress in warm, loose layers
✔️ Cover exposed skin (ears, nose, fingers, toes)
✔️ Check on elderly neighbors, young children, and anyone without adequate heat

⚠️ Know the signs — numbness, confusion, intense shivering, slurred speech, or skin that looks pale or waxy.
🚨 If someone’s body temperature drops below 95°F, seek medical attention immediately.
