Capable Kids is a pediatric clinic offering OT, PT and Speech Therapy that serves the needs of children birth to 21 years old and their families in Mercer County, Lawrence County and surrounding areas. Capable Kids offers rich expertise in many clinical areas including speech therapy, physical therapy and occupational therapy, using the most current intervention techniques and models. We have compassionate therapists that recognize that each child has unique needs.

Not only has Amelia shined during weekly therapy, she also was a star during our recent cheer and dance summer group- earning an extra special shout out…

Our 6-week Cheer & Dance Camp flew by, and the girls absolutely shined today! They showed off everything they’ve been working so hard on — from sharp motions and high jumps to a full cheer and dance routine in front of their families. 💃📣

🎀 Week 4 of Cheer & Dance Camp 🎀

What an amazing week it’s been! Our campers have officially learned the rest of our Capable Kids Cheer — and they are rocking it! 💪📣

This week we also focused on mastering our motions:

✨ Broken T
✨ Candlestick

Everyone did an incredible job learning sharp, strong arms and showing off their team spirit! We’re so proud of the energy and confidence these cheerleaders bring each day. 💖👏

Yesterday, Capable Kids had the honor of being part of Walk for Willy’s World. Some of our CK families had the opportunity to bring their own families and enjoy such a wonderful event. We cannot wait to see what the future holds for this nonprofit and cannot wait to join them again next year!
