I don't mean to be rude but when I cuddle up to you in your nice warm bed and say "let's go to the fire station for breakfast." A yes or no will work, not "who are you and how did you get into my house"

To treat heat exhaustion, you can try to lower your body temperature and get more fluids. Here are some first aid tips:
Move the person to a cooler environment, preferably a well air conditioned room
Loosen clothing
Have the person drink a sports or rehydration drink, or cool water
Cool their skin by spraying or sponging them with cool water and fanning them
Place cold packs, wrapped in a cloth, under the armpits or on the neck
You should call 911 or your local emergency number if the affected person:
Faints
Becomes agitated
Is confused
Has a seizure
Is not able to drink
Has a core body temperature of 104 degrees Fahrenheit (40 degrees Celsius), which indicates heatstroke
To prevent heat exhaustion, you can try:
Avoiding becoming dehydrated
Dressing for the heat and humidity
Seeking air conditioning or shade as often as possible
Exercising indoors or early in the morning
Limiting time spent working or exercising in heat until you're conditioned to it

Dehydration can have different signs and symptoms depending on age, but some common signs include:
Thirst: Extreme thirst
Urine: Dark yellow or amber urine, or urinating less frequently than usual
Skin: Dry, shriveled, or cool skin that doesn't snap back quickly when pinched
Eyes: Sunken eyes or darker circles beneath them
Headache: Dehydration headaches can be caused by brain tissue shrinkage that puts pressure on surrounding nerves
Other symptoms: Dizziness, lightheadedness, rapid breathing or heartbeat, irritability, confusion, fatigue, muscle cramps, dry mouth, lips, or tongue, constipation, and loss of appetite

Find shade/AC and drink water not sugar drinks
