🚨 EMR Transition Update 🚨
We’ve survived a wild week of EMR chaos, and while I’ve been hanging on by a thread, Melissa has basically carried the entire clinic with caffeine, grit, and pure wizardry. 🪄☕

She’s done the bulk of the heavy lifting and 100% deserves a medal. 🥇

Online scheduling will be back up in the next couple of days — thanks for hanging in there with us! As far as current patients, be sure to check your email for appointment reminders (and our new telehealth link) and the intro to our new EMR!

You’ll receive an invitation to log into the new Patient Portal to complete a few simple forms and add your preferred payment method under the demographics section.

3️⃣ Membership Transitions:
We’ll be gradually transitioning memberships over the next 1–2 months.

4️⃣ New Appointment Reminders:
Our appointment reminders will look a little different — please keep an eye on your email inbox for updates and confirmations.

5️⃣ Telehealth Made Easy:
Telehealth links will now be sent directly via email, and you can still join from your phone, computer, or tablet.
