Superior Sports Massage by Chris O'Hara I grew up in beautiful Rancho Palos Verdes. I attended school there and graduated from Palos Verdes Peninsula High School.

Whether you are an athlete in training or simply sore from a days work, Superior Sports Massage by Chris O’Hara will be your best bet in getting your body back to top shape. I was headed down a path towards law enforcement and had change of heart. I have very active lifestyle but a very calming personality. When I encountered bodywork it just seemed like the perfect fit.
