October is CONTACT LENS SAFETY MONTH 👁

If you wear contacts every day, these quick reminders can save your eyes:
❌ Don’t sleep in lenses (unless your doctor says it’s okay!)
🧼 Wash your hands before touching your lenses
💧 Never use tap water to clean or store lenses
⏰ Replace lenses and cases on schedule
📅 And don’t skip your yearly contact lens check!
