Autism FIRST provides a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to therapy focusing on support of the Autistic patient and their entire support system including the parents, siblings, and caregivers. We offer ABA therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, sibling support, parent training and support, and other caregiver training and support.

Choosing the right early intervention program can feel overwhelming, especially with so many options available. At Autism FIRST, we believe families deserve more than just services. They deserve a partner who truly sees their child.

Our FIRST Steps Day Program for children ages 2 to 6 is designed to support early learners during the years that matter most. Through play-based learning, connection, and individualized support, we help children build communication, confidence, and foundational skills that last far beyond the classroom.

Wrapping up December with gratitude and celebration at our Herndon Clinic.

This month was filled with special moments as we came together to celebrate our amazing team. From staff birthdays and a festive potluck to Secret Santa surprises, December gave us many opportunities to connect, laugh, and appreciate one another.

We were also deeply touched by a thoughtful surprise from our caregivers, who showed their appreciation by treating our staff to a breakfast for the entire clinic. Gestures like these remind us how meaningful the relationships we build truly are.

As we close out the month, we are grateful for our dedicated staff, supportive families, and the strong sense of community that makes Autism FIRST such a special place.

Celebrating community, generosity, and holiday spirit at our Herndon Clinic!

This season, our Herndon team proudly participated in a food drive in collaboration with the Dulles South Food Pantry, helping support nearby communities through generosity and care. We are so grateful to everyone who contributed and helped make a meaningful impact.

Alongside giving back, our team also brought the holiday cheer with festive spirit days. Congratulations to Tyla, our Pajama Day Winner, and Maddie, our Holiday Sweater Day Winner.

Moments like these remind us how powerful community, kindness, and connection can be.

Today marked the final day of our food drive in collaboration with the Dulles South Food Pantry, serving nearby communities. Thanks to the generosity of our staff and fellow clinics in the building, our donation boxes were filled to the top.
