Baked & gf, these are a super healthy take on the classic latke.
Shredded potato, chopped onion, shredded cauliflower & broccoli, egg, lots of spices. Mix well. Bake till crispy. Flip.

a cheezy broccoli potato leek soup & chickpea socca.
socca, you say? what is this sorcery?

possibly originating in Genoa, Italy, it’s a chickpea flatbread that is so super simple and fun to make. basically a batter of equal parts water and chickpea flour, you add spices to your heart’s content and bake at high temp in a skillet.
