Our Story
Dr. Weaver is a board certified family physician, and has been practicing in Fairfax County since 2002. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Vassar College and graduated magna cm laude from The University of Maryland School of Medicine. She completed her residency in family practice at Carolinas Medical Center. Dr. Weaver uses an integrated, holistic approach in the care of all her patients and in the prevention and treatment of chronic disease. She is interested in supporting good health, and the life habits that help keep people active and healthy. She believes the best medicine is evidence based and focuses on the treatment of the whole person, mind, body and spirit. Janice Speer, FNP joined the practice effective August 1st, 2017. She has5 years of experience practicing in the area and prior to that worked for years as an ER nurse. Janice is passionate about the role of preventative care in promoting wellness. She is a fantastic addition to our staff. Dr. Weaver is excited about the chance to collaborate with her, together providing the best care to our patients.
