Huge shoutout to the girl athletes who pulled up for injury screens yesterday — y’all crushed it. Proud to help you stay in the game and level up. Stay locked in and keep grinding!

Here are the tests we performed for our volleyball 🏐 athletes!

1️⃣ Scapular Dyskinesia Test: Checks for abnormal shoulder blade movement—common in athletes with shoulder issues.
2️⃣ Isokinetic Shoulder Strength Ratio: Measures internal vs. external rotator strength to spot imbalances that could lead to injury.
3️⃣ CKCUEST: A push-up style test to gauge shoulder stability, strength, and control—great for return-to-sport decisions.
4️⃣ Hopping Battery Test: Includes broad and single-leg hops to test lower body power, control, and symmetry—key for ACL rehab.
5️⃣ Countermovement Jump (CMJ): Vertical jump test to measure explosive leg power and fatigue.
6️⃣ Y-Balance Test: Tests single-leg balance and reach in different directions—helps flag injury risk and track rehab progress
