My focus is on relieving chronic and acute health issues using Body Code energy work and massage occasionally. I believe both are necessary for inner health.

Fibromyalgia, Lyme, auto immune “diseases”, reproductive issues, etc can be treated energetically. I was trained at BOD-E-Work School of Massage Therapy in Atascadero, CA. My school was Eastern in influence, for which I am grateful. It taught me a whole concept of health; mind-body-spirit. My massage techniques include a variety of modalities to include the mind-body-spirit concept. I am very interested in addressing one's qi as well as nutrition. I am capable of massage for relaxation with gentle pressure and also focused problem solving massage with deep pressure. My work alleviates chronic issues, joint issues, some arthritis, injuries, and athletic injuries. I can also correct problems associated with surgeries and scarring. I believe daily exercise and good nutrition are vital.

This is a picture of an aura (kind of). It is a bioelectromagnetic field around our body. When we are around toxic people, others that are upset or negative, their energies can breach our energy field resulting in us feeling the same emotions, feeling their specific pains or actually get us sick. Quite often we can know this about someone intuitively just by feeling and sensing them. This is disruptive to our bodies. Reach out if you’re vulnerable to said energies. I’ve worked with a lot of people and animals this week that take in these energies and they’re literally drain by them. Energy work helps to restore your authenticity and agency so you can walk though life unaffected by others’ energies. We all have enough on our plates without having to cope with someone else’s. Recovering from surgery can be challenging. Sometimes people deal with bouts of depression and hopelessness. There is a lot of data to support medications related to surgeries causing depression, especially with the older crowd. Massage and energy work can release these toxicities. They can also facilitate the body to heal more rapidly. Energy work is amazing for pain relief. A combined approach gets you back to your lifestyle much sooner than without.

Following joint replacement, bone break, sports injury surgeries traditional PT is usually recommended. While this gets us going, more is usually needed to get back to 100% or as close as possible. That’s where I come in. Lymph drainage massage is necessary as well as energy work. Surgical and medication toxicities can slow down the healing process. Energy work can get rid of it. Also organs and glands don’t function appropriately afterwards. Energy work can make them happy. There are chakra and acupuncture meridian imbalances. As well as postural misalignments, inappropriate gait and lack of range of motion. Swelling and inflammation too. And the old compensation movements that may have become muscle memory. How do I do energy work during a massage? I remove the negative vibrations that are causing pain. These can be located in an organ, a gland, anywhere in the physical body. They can be in the aura, a chakra, an acupuncture meridian, etc.. Whatever the negative vibration is gets identified and released. Whatever was affected gets reset and adjustments are made to the overall alignment so the body can heal itself. Reach out for a different approach.

Massage therapy is amazing for one’s health. It detoxes, releases “feel good”hormones, lengthens and elongates muscle fibers, stretches out the fascia, among other physical benefits. But did you know that when it’s combined with energy work painful spots can dissolve, our organs can function more appropriately and efficiently, and we can have a better outcome than with only massage. Pain. We all have it from time to time. Not many of us understand how emotional pain is. Using Body Code energy work I am able to find the root cause of a pain, release the energies related to it, balance the physical systems, chakras, acupuncture meridians, etc. so the body can heal itself and the pain dissipates. Fascia is a connective tissue. It’s all over our bodies. Most of us think when we have a pain that it’s muscular. Sometimes it is and other times it’s the fascia that is unhappy. It can be like a tight rubber band preventing us from moving approximately. Some massage therapists focus heavily on the muscular system. Chiropractors focus on joint articulation. When whatever approach one uses to alleviate pain isn’t working, reach out. Pain can be caused by restrictive fascia, emotions, organ imbalance, etc.. My approach looks at every area pain is stored in the body using energy work, massage, fascial work and postural alignment corrections. When whatever approach you’re doing isn’t creating lasting results try something new.

Discouragement and fear, anxieties and nervousness. These can be emotions that prevent us from going for a new job or position within a company we work for. Maybe we’re in business for ourselves but don’t excel or get to another level of success because of old programming that keeps us stuck. Most of us are competent and know what we’re doing. We have insights and gifts that no one else has but we can downplay them, allowing fear to rule. Reach out if you’re hesitant or stuck. Quite often this is junk from a very long time ago. We should all be shining our light, broadcasting our unique talents to be able to give and to serve others. If you’re shy about being out there reach out.

How many of us carry around old belief systems that aren’t true!? Mine was that I’m horrible at math. It was difficult, I got pulled out for special attention which was punitive in nature and shaming. My point is that all of our brains work differently. Learning depends on the teacher and their skills (or lack of) to reach each child. I thought I was dumb for a good part of my early life. It made me insecure about anything related to numbers, made me feel inferior to others, etc.. If you’d like to shed these behavioral patterns and challenge yourself to grow out of who you think you are or were, reach out. Energy work can change the belief structures as well as change us physically for the better. All this garbage that was told to us, mirrored to us or whatever is not true. It wasn’t then and it isn’t now. As adults and especially as children we all deserve to be our best with positivity and self love.

How many of us say yes when everything in ourselves is screaming to say no? Or maybe not even screaming, we just know we should say no and we don’t. Girls grow up in a patriarchal society that conditions us to people please. Reach out if you’d love to change this behavioral trait this year. Energy work can eliminate this. This trait stifles us, creates thyroid and parathyroid issues unbalancing the endocrine system. The throat chakra is located where the thyroid is. Throat chakra is all about speaking our truth. It’s pretty amazing to live authentically guided by our inner voice and what’s best for us🩵Think about it.

Anyone struggling with frequent headaches, migraines, cluster headaches, etc.? I used to have terrible headaches, always the same pain pattern or location. They began after I fell on my head at age 5. As I got older they became a lot more frequent and more intense. Pain meds didn’t work, ever. Nothing did until I learned Body Code energy work. Now I rarely ever get any type of head pain. Reach out if you’re tied if the pain. Energy work works!
