✨ Judgment as a Mirror ✨

When we find ourselves judging others, it often says more about us than about them.
That sharp feeling of comparison, or the whisper of “not enough,” is really a mirror—reflecting back the parts of ourselves we haven’t yet learned to love, honor, or accept.

Instead of pushing the judgment away, try pausing and asking:
🌸 What does this mirror show me about my own fears or insecurities?
🌸 Where in my life do I feel lack, or like I’m falling short?

Judgment can be a teacher if we let it.
It invites us into compassion—first for ourselves, then for others.
When we soften the voice of “not enough,” we open space for gratitude, growth, and deeper connection.
