Yoga teaches us so much more than movement.
It teaches us how to pause.
How to breathe through discomfort.
How to become aware of our thoughts, reactions, and patterns.
And through that awareness⦠we begin cultivating patience.
Not forced patience.
Not perfection.
But the kind of patience that helps us stay connected to ourselves while we heal, grow, and move through life.
