The other day I was thinking about how grateful I am to have a strong, healthy body. ❤️
To be able to workout and move my body without pain each day.
To wake up with energy & have the motivation to do the things I want to do.
To feel mentally clear and happy, instead of feeling like I have to drag myself through the day.
So many people don’t have that, and it’s something I never take for granted.
Because the truth is, most of us were NEVER taught how to eat healthy, or how to take care of our gut, or how to actually have steady energy each day.
And honestly it’s fu***ng sad, because most of us never had a chance to begin with.
In the world we live in now.. if you aren’t actively working TOWARDS good health, then by default you are moving towards poor health.
Most of our food is processed junk.
We spend 90% of our day sitting down.
We barely spend any time outside.
Our dopamine is getting hijacked by technology.
And we wonder why we all feel so sh*tty all the time??
So if you’re sitting there feeling frustrated with where you’re at with your health.. I’m telling you right now it’s not your fault.
But even if it’s not your fault, it’s still your PROBLEM.
At the end of the day, the only person in control of your health and how you feel each day is YOU.
Despite where you are now, you have the ability to choose how the rest of your story goes.
Are you going to continue down this same path, blaming your parents or the government for why you’re sick, overweight, and unhappy?
Or are you going to be the one who breaks that generational curse, and sets the example for the generations after you?
It’s NEVER too late to start living the life you’ve always wanted.
All you have to do is take the first step.
