I agree that exercise can help the brain, but for those who suffer from brain fog and memory issues, most also suffer with energy issues, and it becomes a catch 22. And it's only a small part of the brain health story.
But fortunately both low energy and brain fog/ memory issues can be helped at the same time because it's usually the same issue causing both.
You have to detox the brain and give it the building blocks it needs to be healthy.
The detox will look different for everyone because it depends on what's in there. Most people it's heavy metals. They love the brain because of the amount of electric charges there. The brain actually needs metals to work right, but organic ones - not toxic ones.
Organic metals can be found in plants. They have the right charge and life force to give the brain the life it needs.
Toxic metals come from industrial sources and include air pollution, metal pans we cook in, additives to medicines, pretty much all the metal we come in contact with has the potential to have minute amounts absorbed through the skin.
The problem with toxic metals is that they aren't usable by the body so they just attract to the brain because of it's magnetic pull for metals and then they sit there and oxidize and cause runoff and all this debris in there acts as nerve receptor blockers and diverts signals trying to get through.
The energy it takes a toxic metal brain to accomplish the same tasks as a non toxic brain is a huge difference. When your brain and nervous system are wasting a lot of energy trying to act normal, it zaps energy from the rest of you and you get fatigued faster. So you need more glucose to cool the brain and fuel it, but then instead of eating more fruit, most of us reach for the sugar, and that feeds the pathogen problem that most of us carry as well, and that zaps us of more energy.
Understanding what is going on is key, then strategically working towards reversing the problem is needed. For most this is a lifestyle change and hard to do without help. That's where I come in. I actually ask the body what is going on with muscle testing and then help formulate a plan for what your body says it needs. Message me if you'd like more info.
