We’ve all been there. Had to run out of the house in a hurry or got stuck out too long and you’re hungry! This is what I keep in the glove box of my car for just such situations. Making good choices doesn’t have to be expensive either. Set yourself up for success and support your body and your health goals. BTW, one of the stainless containers has water and the other has electrolytes. It’s hot here!

I keep these images saved in my phone and refer to them when I’m produce shopping. The clean 15 list really helps when you can’t always afford organic. I wash everything in apple cider vinegar either a shake if baking soda and a drop of DoTERRA cleaning concentrate- regardless if it’s organic or not. I never buy anything either Apeel on it. It won’t wash off at all and it’s made with toxic ingredients. 🤮
