I’m not your “How does that make you feel?” kind of therapist.
I’m the therapist who gives you a safe space to lay it all down—on the ground, the couch, wherever you feel most at ease. You get one full hour, every week, to speak freely. No judgment. No censoring. Just you and me, sitting in the heaviness together.
This isn’t about fixing you—it’s about holding space for you. I’m here to walk alongside you through the hard stuff, the messy feelings, the past and present pain. You don’t have to carry it all alone anymore.
A genuine therapist sees you, hears you, and honors your truth without trying to shrink it down or dress it up. I don’t offer quick fixes or surface-level advice—I offer presence, care, and a safe container for your most vulnerable truths. I don’t flinch at your pain or rush your healing. I walk with you, hold the heaviness with compassion, and remind you that you are never too much, too broken, or too far gone for healing. 💚
