Coach Chelsey knows firsthand that watching your body change during pregnancy can be mentally challenging. As someone who loves strength training, it isn’t always easy to see muscles soften and workouts start to look different.

But she continues to remind herself — this season is temporary. Her body isn’t losing; it’s adapting to support new life.

Right now the goal isn’t PRs or aesthetics. It’s staying strong, staying comfortable, and giving her body the grace it deserves in this season. 💛
