We would like to recognize Jacob Wise, Jacob Winiavski, and John Wolfgong for exemplifying our Core Values.

Jacob Wise is a Sr. Water Transfer Technician and has been with Keystone Clearwater Solutions since January 2023.

“Jacob shows exceptional communication and problem solving skills. He skillfully manages the night shift crew and resolves issues in a timely and orderly fashion. Communicates well with us and lets us know what is going on and why. Keeps our spirits up and encourages us to continue to improve by telling us how we can effectively do so and improve performance.” Submitted by Cody Cook, Water Transfer Technician

Jacob Winiavski is a Field Supervisor and has been with Keystone Clearwater Solutions since June 2022.

“Jacob noticed brine in containment, went to check it out and found that a cam fitting had broken off and was allowing the brine to flow into containment. He isolated the valve immediately, got with the onsite company man, and assessed the situation of how they wanted to handle the spill. He assisted the site guy in cleaning the spill up immediately and ensured nothing got out of containment.” Submitted by Dale Whipple, Jr., Field Supervisor

John Wolfgong is a Managing Director and has been with Keystone Clearwater Solutions since October 2020.

“I would like to nominate John for his leadership for coming in on a holiday and participating in pigging a transfer with us twice. As we swapped valves on C09-J, we received news of a pump going down late in the day. We made a plan to swap the pump and John was there right making sure everything was completed safely and efficiently.” Submitted by: Richard Siple, Operations Supervisor

Congratulations to Matthew Adams for being named a Keystone Clearwater Solutions Star Performer! Matthew is a Sr. Water Transfer Technician and has been with Keystone Clearwater Solutions since July 2022.

“Matt was working the truck station. He just spotted in a transport to unload, when he heard someone yell fire. He looked over and saw that the vac pump on a transport had caught fire. Matt showed great decision making and situational awareness while he quickly responded by grabbing a fire extinguisher. Matt rushed to the scene and extinguished the fire. He then stood by to assure the fire was out. The customer’s representatives praised Matt for his quick thinking and preventing what could have been a major fire.”
