✨️ONE YEAR: HERSHEY✨️

One year ago, Wild & Free opened its doors with a vision that felt a little scary and a whole lot true. Today, we’re celebrating 365 days of breath, heat, strength, sweat, release, laughter, and coming home to ourselves — together. 🤍🔥

This studio was never just about power yoga (though yes… it’s HOT 😉). It’s about creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are — tired, healing, powerful, messy, brave — and leave feeling a little more grounded, a little more free. It’s about choosing yourself for 60 minutes. About community that feels like family. About moving through discomfort and realizing you’re stronger than you thought.

To every student who trusted us with their practice, their bodies, and their hearts — thank you. To every teacher who pours their soul into this room — thank you. To Hershey, PA, for welcoming us so fully — thank you. This space exists because of you. You truly are the sweetest place on Earth.🍫

One year in, and we’re just getting started. More growth. More fire. More freedom. More love. Here’s to Wild & Free — and to every version of you that’s stepped onto the mat this year. 🤍
