Lactation Essentials & Pre/Post Natal Yoga Workshop

Join us for a two hour workshop for pre and postnatal moms looking for community and support in their motherhood journey. The workshop begins with a 60 minute pre/postnatal safe vinyasa flow with - a certified pre and post natal yoga teacher, to help calm the nervous system and connect to your body and your baby.

Following class, join Kristen from for a mini breastfeeding workshop and Q&A session to help you feel prepared and supported in feeding your baby. Kristen is a Board-Certified Lactation Consultant, Pediatric Dietitian, and fellow yogi with a passion for ensuring parents feel empowered during this season of life. Whether you’re thinking about breastfeeding, in the trenches, or a seasoned pro, join us to connect and learn with others as you navigate this journey.
