This November, we’re collecting donations at our studios to support local food banks:
🍫 Hershey Studio → Hershey Food Bank
🍽️ Elizabethtown Studio → Community Cupboard through UCEA

📅 Drop-off: 11/23, after the last morning class—just in time for Thanksgiving!
📩 Have a larger donation or questions? Reach out to cassiekrackow@outlook.com and I can arrange pickup.

What should I bring?
• Canned fruits, especially peaches and pears
• Canned vegetables, especially spinach, mushrooms and asparagus and tomatoes
• soup
• Cereal
• Canned tuna, chicken and seafood
• Boxed potatoes
• Pasta and rice side dishes
• Spaghetti, macaroni, and other pastas
• Pasta sauce
• Peanut butter
• Jelly
• Pickles and olives
• Crackers, popcorn, and other snacks
• Personal and paper products such as toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, toothpaste, deodorant
• Laundry detergent
• Dish Soap
Donated items must be within their “sell by” or “best by” date.

Let’s come together to support our community and spread some extra gratitude this season! 💛

Second Sunday is back in AUGUST! free yoga and connection, maybe some eggs and an IPA…. Cheers 🍻

Join us for our free signature 60 minute Power Flow class in the brewery and then shift to some reserved tables to eat, drink, play and chat. Stay as little or as long as you’d like 🫶
