This Thanksgiving, the Martin family is most thankful to see Westin healthy, smiling and back to being a kid again. 🧡

Just a year ago, 8-year-old Westin was diagnosed with neuroblastoma, a cancer of the nervous system. Through every surgery, scan and round of treatment, his strength never wavered and neither did the support from Four Diamonds. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, families like Westin’s never have to face this journey alone.

“We’re grateful for every moment,” said his mom, Andee. “From watching him swim again to seeing him confident and joyful, we don’t take anything for granted.”

Last weekend, schools in western PA came together for the Mini-THON Regional Conference, full of ideas, inspiration and connection! Students heard from our amazing Mini-THON liaisons, joined breakout sessions and swapped tips with other schools.

On this episode of Life on Pause, a podcast funded by Four Diamonds, young adult cancer survivors came together at Zest Cooking School to explore how something as simple as cooking can inspire confidence, connection and independence. 🍝

From making pasta from scratch to sharing stories over a meal, Taylor, Eliot, Shelly and Tony discovered that small steps can lead to big empowerment. 💛

When Summer was just 2 years old, she was diagnosed with leukemia, and Summer’s Army was formed to support her every step of the way. 💛

Now, Summer’s Army is helping other families by raising funds for Four Diamonds to help . This year, the 5th Annual Summer’s Army Events raised an incredible $15,000 !

This past weekend, Penn State Football welcomed Four Diamonds child Olivia, to help celebrate our military as our MI Windows and Doors Kickoff Kid!

Right before her third birthday, Olivia was diagnosed with Stage 3 Wilms' Tumor. After surgery, radiation and chemotherapy, she is now 10 years old and over 6 years cancer-free! Olivia is thriving and keeps her family busy between baton twirling, cheerleading and softball!

To kick off the countdown, THON students visited Penn State Health Children's Hospital for a fun-filled day of bingo, crafts and smiles with Four Diamonds kids. 🪁
