I used to start my day with a smoothie, but I’ve shifted to a protein-rich meal instead — like this one: ancestral beef organ blend with zucchini and arugula. 💪

Swapping smoothies for real food has made a big difference. I feel more satiated and steady throughout the morning — no crash, just clean, lasting energy. 🙌
